Dear Members of the KSIL,
I am an Assistant Professor at the Jindal Global Law School, India and my areas of research are public international law and its intersections with humanities.
I have been looking through the website of the KSIL. I have not been able to find any yearbook/journal/review that you esteemed society publishes. For an institution of this age, I was expecting an international yearbook/journal coming out on the theme of international law (public or private).
I sincerely hope that the KSIL will start such an initiative in future.

UNITAR POCI Peacekeeping Course |

Dear Members of the Korean Society of International Law,
My name is Boris Kondoch and I'm a German Professor (http://www.joongbu.ac.kr/english/unitar/uni6.html) teaching and organizing the UNITAR POCI classroom course at Joongbu University.
I would like to inform you that the next UNITAR POCI classroom courses will take place from 16th to 20th January 2006 (for further information, see http://www.joongbu.ac.kr/english/unitar/uni1.html).
The course deals with legal and political aspects of UN peace operations.
The course, UN Peace Operations in the New Millennium is recognised by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research Programme of Correspondence Instruction in Peacekeeping Operations (UNITAR POCI).
I would be happy to see Korean law students coming to the course and would like to get in touch with members of the Korean Society of International Law, who are specialised in legal aspects of peace operations.
